Hannah's Romantic Era Wedding Gown

I made my wedding dress a few years before my wedding for a baptismal dress. I used white linen and dreamed of someday wearing it for a wedding as well. When the time came, I decided to sew my bridesmaids (and flower girls) wedding clothes myself, so I was thankful to have my dress already made, and it made the dress extra special to me.

I used the Romantic Era Dress pattern, and linen fabric, both of which were a dream to sew. The only modifications I made were to add gathers to the neckline and take a little fullness out of the sleeve. It was a breeze to make, and was exactly the right balance of feeling both very special and very easy to wear.

Your Romantic Era Dress pattern has been my tried and true go to since I was 15, and it was exactly what I wanted for my dress.
