Raquel’s Stunning Crossover Gown

By Jennie Chancey

My Mother bought ‘The Elegant Ladies Closet’ pattern and made me the dress for a Regency Era ball, held at our friend’s home. I just thought I would share the finished product! Didn’t Mother do a lovely job? She is quite the seamstress! :) Thank you for providing such beautiful patterns!

Miss Raquel

Ahhhhh! This is so beautiful. I just drank in the photos. Such a wonderful ensemble. Thank that mother, Raquel! She is a marvel!

I also enjoy sewing for my love ones. The joy it brings to see how happy someone is in a garment that I made just for them. It makes me happy just to make someone else happy, thats what makes a good mom. The garment is great, enjoy doing the next one.
