What a treat! :-D  One day I hope to visit Lacock-- any excuse to go back to Cranford. ;-)  (I love Cranford!)  That is neat that you saw the Red Lion inn-- isn&#039;t that in the A&amp;E Emma too?

		<description>Laicock was one of the places in England I never did get to when I lived there. The abbey is where modern paper photography was invented (about 1839.) Glad to see it&#039;s as idyllic as I&#039;d imagined. ... ... ... Sad about those WWI monuments. I remember asking about tiny villages and learning that every able bodied man between 14 and 65 was killed. Very sad times.</description>
