I've opened a new topic in Introduce section and posted some links and photos, and had no problems whatsoever.

now when I want to replay on the same topic but just text I've got a strange message saying I've exceeded the links:3 permitted , and for that reson it doesn't post my reply.

what I have to do to resolve the problem?

I was having that problem. I just kept posting (without including links) and eventually it gave in and let me. odd very odd.

Sorry, ladies--the limitation on links is supposed to only apply to New Members who have passed the five-moderated-posts test. Junior and Senior members oughtn't to have that restriction. I'll go check what's going on in the back end to make sure nothing is out of kilter.

I had the same problem until I got rid of one of my smiley faces, apparently those count as "links" I guess I need to smile less. :P

Jennie, the problem continues. I was just kicked out 4 times when I tried to reply to the corset thread. It's super frustrating. I carefully only had 3 links and it still told me I had exceeded the links.

Argh! Let me check this out and see if I can fix it. Doesn't make any sense to me, since I don't have the linking restriction on Junior or Senior members.

FIXED! It turned out I had to uncheck a box in another part of the back end--not just in the Member Permissions.
