Okay, ladies, here's a lesson in linking so you don't have huge long URLs in your posts.

First, write a regular sentence in which you mention something you want to link to, like "I love Sense & Sensibility Patterns!"

Now highlight the words you want to link and click the little link icon in the toolbar above the post field (it's the image of a "chain link"). That will open a pop-up box that gives you the options you see in this screenshot (click for larger image):

Basically, you'll paste the URL into "Link URL", then type the word you've highlighted into the "Title" field. In this case, it would be "Sense & Sensibility Patterns," which creates a link like this:

I love ** you don't have permission to see this link **!

That's all there is to it. If you want to set the target to open in a new window, you can do that with the drop-down menu option.
