It all started when I was perusing ModCloth and saw a beautiful plaid circle skirt. I needed it. The problem was, it was $64. Yikes. But no fear! I can sew(ish)! Jennie's pattern to make your own circle skirt was very helpful and chock full of pictures and useful tips. I would definitely use it again, and hopefully will in the future. As a teenager obsessed with vintage clothes, I'm happy to finally be able to dip my toes into making my own.~ Kate

Isn't this darling? Check out Kate's blog post as well. I'm tickled pink she saved the money and made this herself. It really is a piece of cake! Want to make your own? My free tutorial is HERE, and there's a downloadable PDF so you can follow the steps offline. Happy sewing!
