Jenna’s Regency Drawstring Gown

I made this gown last week from the Elegant Lady’s Closet Pattern. It was fun to make and felt elegant and comfortable to wear.

Now one of my younger sisters wants me to make her a Girl’s Regency dress or Girl’s Georgian Era Dress. Thanks for designing these lovely patterns!

Thank you for sharing your fantastic work, Jenna! This is absolutely wonderful. I really like the cotton print you found. And what a lovely day for photographs!

Very pretty! I love the fabric, too. The lacy sash really sets the dress off. 🙂

Are you wearing any stays or petticoat under your gown?
    Great work!

      Hi Philine,
I am not wearing any stays or a petticoat under my gown. It seemed to work okay without them, but would have been fuller with the petticoat, I think.
