Ana-Gloria’s Georgian Easter Dress
By Jennie Chancey
These are the pictures of Ana-Gloria’s Easter Dress and my second time with the 1780 Portrait Dress. This time I made the gathered bodice and it went together beautifully and was so much fun to make. The dress is white cotton lawn with a silk dupioni sash in “Tiffany Blue” with a hand made flower of the seam. I made a bodiced petticoat to go under the dress and made both with french seams. Ana-Gloria helped me on this dress and picked out the dress fabric and sash. She enjoys wearing it. She says she will wear it again for Mother’s Day and again for a tea at our church. She got so many compliments on the dress.

This is absolutely wonderful, Adriana! The sash color really makes the ensemble. Your daughter has exquisite taste!
