1909 Edwardian Patterned Silk Ball Gown. This is a lovely Edwardian patterned whisper-thin soft silk with a Lily of the Valley motif in soft white from around 1909. This is a formal gown meant to be worn when dignitaries or other important guests were visiting – or as an elegant opera or formal dance gown.
