Edwardian Walking Jacket Pattern

Drafted from an original circa 1908 jacket, this is my Edwardian Walking Jacket pattern. It pairs beautifully with the Beatrix Skirt pattern and can be dressed up or down for any occasion. Flattering princess lines create a wonderfully feminine shape.

Hello again, I am the one who asked you about the romantic era dress pattern, asking you what the level was from a one-to-ten scale. Well, I am back, and wanted to ask you the same thing about this pattern. If I did not to all the fancy trim, do you think it would be an appropriate pattern for me to buy? Like I said before, I have sewn for over 5 years.

Please let me know, I really like this lovely coat!

      Hi again!

If you’ve sewn for five years, you can easily tackle this pattern. Just remember to follow all the fitting steps, and you’ll do fine!

What exactly are the differences between this and the “Beatrix” jacket? Can you describe the advantages of each over the other?

    Thanks!
